About

A hub for PMs in Vancouver.

PM Hive is a non-profit community for product, program, and project managers. We bring people together in person - through conferences, coffee chats, runs, workshops, and socials - to learn from each other and build real connections. No gatekeeping, no hard-selling, just people who care about the craft.

How we show up

Be Inclusive

We welcome PMs at every level and from every background. Our events are built to be easy to walk into.

Stay Engaged

We work to make sure people actually connect and stay connected, not just trade business cards once.

Make it Meaningful

We make room for deep, substantive conversations, so everyone keeps learning and growing.

Our story

How the Hive started.

PM Hive started in late 2023, founded by Kasey Fu, Anthony Siu, Neda Sefati, and Tausif Shaikh, who wanted to grow an inclusive PM community in Vancouver. Sarim Khawaja joined the organizing team a little later, and Divya Rakhiani came on board after that.

What began as a small meetup has grown into a full calendar: PM Buzz mini-conferences, monthly coffee chats, runs, workshops, and socials, alongside a podcast and newsletter.

In September 2025, PM Hive joined forces with VanDPM, the Vancouver digital product management community founded by Mark Fromson, bringing two communities under one roof.
